When you fill out the information in your user profile, you have the option to provide additional personal information, such as photos and biographical information. We process this information on the basis of consent. All of this information is entirely optional, and you have the ability to access, modify, or delete it at any time.

With participant consent, Noada processes meeting responses and generates summaries to provide the Service. This data is used only for the meeting in which it was collected.

We collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App usage events
  • Log data for security and performance

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Facilitate asynchronous meetings

We do not share meeting content with advertisers.

  • Decline consent for meeting recording/summarization (which will end the session)

If you would like a copy of the Content that you have shared on Noada, you can request a copy in a CSV file in your settings or by contacting us at Noada, LLC, PO Box 582644, Minneapolis, MN 55458. Please note, that it may take up to two weeks for us to email you your data. If you would like to request that we erase your data, Content concerning you, or object to our processing of your personal information, please send us a letter with a detailed description of the concern at Noada, LLC, PO Box 582644, Minneapolis, MN 55458.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

Noada is not intended for children or anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.

10. Data Retention

We will retain user information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you this Service.

We may retain certain user information indefinitely, unless you close your account or request its erasure. For example, we will not automatically close inactive user accounts, so unless you choose to close your account, we will retain your information indefinitely.

If you would like to close your user account, you may do so. Once closed, we will attempt to delete your user profile and information as soon as possible; however, we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain this Service, and enforce our agreements. Further, certain data, such as comments on others’ posts, may remain. In these cases, we will attempt to hide any identifying information from your Content that remains after deletion.
